Description:

Kane County Court Services Aurora Probation Office is one of three Kane County Probation offices providing case management services to persons who are sentenced to a term of probation by the Kane County Court system. Services can include assistance with referrals for whatever needs are presented by the defendant such as medical needs, psychological services, educational goals and work training assistance. Both adult and juvenile defendants are assigned to this office. The other offices are located in St. Charles and Elgin. Court Services also operate and staff the 80-bed detention facility, the Kane County Juvenile Justice Center.

8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday; 8:30 am-7:00 pm Thursday

Intake Process:

After sentencing at Kane County Court, defendants are required to check in at the Probation Office at the Kane County Judicial Center for further instructions.

Program Fees:

Court ordered probation fees and any other fees ordered by the Court and payable to the Kane County Circuit Clerk's Office.

Languages:

English. Non-English speakers need to bring an interpreter.

Persons on probation sentenced by the Kane County Court system.
