The Community Crisis Center (CCC), in Elgin, provides comprehensive emergency services to individuals and families dealing with economic problems due to job loss, foreclosure, medical emergency or other increases in financial responsibilities leading to crisis. The program provides case management, personal and financial counseling, and emergency food. Rent assistance, utility assistance and transportation help is also provided when funds are available. **Emergency shelter and case management for women and their children dealing with homelessness are also available.
