Description:

Access DuPage is a collaborative effort by individuals and organizations in DuPage County to provide access to medical services to the county's low-income, insurance ineligible, medically uninsured residents. Access DuPage is a partnership of hospitals, physicians, local government, human services agencies, and community groups working together locally to provide primary medical care at a small cost until these individuals can become insured.

Eligibility:

Individuals who are eligible are aged 19-64, have lived in DuPage County for at least 30 days, have income below 200% of Federal poverty level, have no medical insurance and are not eligible for Medicaid, Medicare or any public or private health coverage.
