Leyden Family Service & Mental Health Services - Substance Abuse Programs called the S.H.A.R.E. Program (Start Here Addiction Rehabilitation & Education) provide alcohol and drug treatment programs to adult male and females 18 years of age or older. Services include: detoxification, residential rehabilitation, intensive outpatient treatment and DUI evaluation. counseling, and aftercare, managed residential/inpatient treatment programs and Also offered are an outpatient gambling program and a gambling self-exclusion program. Mentally Ill/Substance Abuse (MISA) Services provides residential rehabilitation, inpatient treatment, specialized case management and psychiatric services and a comprehensive discharge plan for aftercare. The Relapse Prevention Track is a 2-3 week inpatient program specifically for adult men who have experienced significant sobriety or recovery time but have relapsed and would benefit from help to re-establish a sober lifestyle.

Self pay or insurance, including Medicaid for some programs. Sliding scale available and in some cases there may be other forms of State assistance.
