360 Youth Services offers transitional housing for young adults in Kane and DuPage Counties; homeless males ages 18-21 with no outstanding warrants are housed in Naperville, and homeless young women ages 18-21 who are not pregnant or raising a child are housed in Lisle. 360 welcomes referrals from service providers and youth agencies in Kane County, as well as contacts from individuals. A part time job or school enrollment is expected once in the transitional housing program.
The Cornerstone Group Home for Boys in Naperville provides residential services for adolescent boys (ages 13-17) who have emotional, substance abuse, and/or family problems.
360 also provides services to families, crisis intervention, addiction counseling and prevention, and information and referral from its office in Naperville.
