All Kids Program is a state subsidized health care program available to children in Illinois regardless of immigration status, medical condition or income. Some families pay monthly premiums based on income but those rates are below market costs. All Kids pays for doctor visits, hospital visits, dental care, vision care, prescription drugs, medical equipment, mental health services and more. For referrals of participating doctors, call the All Kids Hotline. Spanish is spoken and Spanish language application forms available on web site.

Fill out a registration form which is available on the internet site. Mail to the P.O. box address. Offices providing help with completing application can be found by entering zip code on website.

Program Fees:

Fees vary and are based on income guidelines. There is an annual limit on the total co-pays most families have to pay for their children's health care. Total costs for each family vary by income.

Children can get All Kids health insurance if: They live in Illinois. They are age 18 or younger. They meet the insurance requirements for All Kids. Their family's income meets the All Kids Income Limit.
