Administer Justice helps those with limited incomes who are facing civil legal issues. We provide legal advice and coaching, and can assist with legal documents. In certain cases, we can provide an attorney to represent you in court. We also provide qualified referrals. The level of service provided is based on your household income and type of issue. Types of issues we may be able to assist with include: Family law matters such as divorce (under certain circumstances), paternity, child support, child custody, parental visitation and other parental rights, including establishing guardianship; Housing, specifically foreclosure and Landlord/Tenant disputes; Consumer issues such as consumer fraud, contract disputes, identity theft, and debt collection; Employment issues such as unlawful termination, discrimination and wage disputes; Probate issues (that arise after someone’s death related to asset distribution); Expungement/Sealing of prior criminal records; legal issues affecting victims of Human Trafficking and Immigrant Victims of Abuse/Violent Crimes qualifying for U-Visa/VAWA. We also assist those facing issues with the IRS. We do not assist with criminal issues. Administer Justice welcomes all in need. We serve all who income qualify, regardless of race, national origin, religion, gender or any other status and welcome the opportunity to serve you.

9:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday-Thursday. Saturday hours and locations vary-call for an appointment.
2nd Thursday every month 5:00 pm to 8:30 pm

Program Fees:

One time $20.00 service fee for legal services. Fees for other services vary.

Income must be at or below 250% of poverty guidelines.
