Aunt Martha's Youth Service Center Aurora Community Health Center offers a full range of primary medical care, preventive health care, and mental health services for children and adults of all ages. Health Care includes: well-child visits and annual check-ups, dental work ,immunizations, school, sport, and work physicals; health screenings (cancers, heart, hearing and vision); reproductive/gynecological care(prenatal care, family planning, annual exams); sick care for both acute and chronic illnesses; HIV testing and STD services. Dental services offered for all ages. Maternal/child care includes the WIC program and Family Case Management for pregnant women and infants. Behavioral Health Care includes: substance abuse and mental health assessment and treatment; child/adolescent psychiatry services; and general counseling for individuals, families, couples, including children beginning at age four. Teen Parent program supports pregnant and parenting teens to stay in school, and provide important health care and parenting to their babies. Aunt Martha's serves both insured and uninsured individuals. Services provided in English and Spanish, and with interpreters for Russian, Polish, and Nigerian.
